Established in 2010 as a sole proprietor firm “Ecom First” entered into e-commerce by default with eBay for the disposal of our dead stock of women Jackets imported from Bangladesh and 3G dongles imported from China for Telcom service provider, since then has been experiencing the Indian e-commerce industry.
In the past ten years, EcomFirst has witnessed the rise & downfall of online market place companies and mergers/closing down of many smaller companies in e-commerce space.
Can say seen both the brighter and grey sides of the industry as a Market Place seller and as an aggregator.

Sourcing products from the point of origin, providing much better rates to the buyers in every category be it B2C or B2B.
Providing much better profit margin to our vendors as will be working on transfer price model 0% commission

Born in Jabalpur City of State Madhya Pradesh, India. A Management graduate in Global Marketing and HR from IMT Ghaziabad with Commerce and sociology background. Enriching and rewarding exposure of 20+ years spanning across sectors like telecom and concept in various capacities build him as management leader of business development. However, to consider his personal expertise is the team building and new business launch.
Pankaj initiated from scratch in the capacity of a Zonal head; regional sales network (telecom) roll-outs in terms of traditional & non-traditional; channel and distribution business for five service operators in the region.
Specialities: Special ability is the absorption of technology, process and motivating the team to deliver results, more so in the business roll-out.
His personal strength is the ability to communicate and mentor/coach his colleagues on subjects spanning the entire plethora on channel development and human interface.
